Join a collaborative telemetry team as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical Telemetry in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. This 13-week Ohio travel nursing contract offers consistent day shifts, a 36-hour workweek, and the opportunity to provide quality care to a diverse adult patient population in a hospital-based observation unit near Cleveland.
Travel RN Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910-$2,010
- Location: Warrensville Heights, Ohio, near Cleveland

- Shift: Day shift, 7:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m.

Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent permanent Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse experience
- Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio or an active compact-state RN license in hand
- Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications in hand before the start of the assignment
- Recent professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director within the past 12 months
- Ability to complete required background screening, fingerprinting, drug screening, and health compliance requirements
- Successful completion of required orientation assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety testing
Travel RN Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in an observation unit
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, identify changes in patient condition, and communicate concerns promptly
- Administer medications and treatments safely according to provider orders and established nursing protocols
- Complete focused and comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, clinical documentation, and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and quality patient outcomes throughout the travel nursing assignment
