Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Inpatient Rehabilitation Night Shift | 13-Week Travel Contract in Greenwood, Indiana

LPN Travel Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,350-$1,420
- Location: Greenwood, Indiana
- Healthcare Setting: Inpatient acute rehabilitation
- Schedule: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts, approximately 6:30 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
- End Date: January 4, 2027
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Position Type: Travel LPN assignment
Licensed Practical Nurse Job Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license eligible for practice in Indiana
- At least 1 year of practical nursing experience; inpatient rehabilitation, long-term care, or a comparable healthcare setting is preferred
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively during overnight nursing shifts
Inpatient Rehabilitation Nursing Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients progressing through individualized rehabilitation programs
- Monitor patient condition, recognize changes in status, and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate care team
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and facility protocols
- Assist patients with activities of daily living while promoting independence, dignity, and recovery
- Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and progress accurately
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Support patients and families throughout the recovery process through education and compassionate communication
