Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,950 – $4,680
- Location: Downey, CA 90242 — Downey Medical Center (Los Angeles area, Southern California)
- Setting: Hospital – Operating Room coverage only (OR CRNA, hospital anesthesia)
- Start Date: August 24, 2026
- End Date: December 5, 2026
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Shift Duration: 8-hour days
- Shifts Per Week: 5
- Hours Per Week: 36
- No Call Required
- EMR: EPIC (Health Connect) — EPIC experience preferred

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of CRNA experience in the operating room required
- Board Certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Current California CRNA license required
- Vaccination preferred (waivers considered)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a 1:3 MD supervision model (anesthesiologist supervision)
- Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 90 days from application submission
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective anesthesia care for general, orthopedic, urology, gynecology, gastroenterology, healthy pediatric, head and neck, thoracic, and interventional radiology cases
- Deliver perioperative anesthesia services in the operating room (no labor and delivery coverage)
- Manage approximately 3-8 cases per day depending on room assignment and schedule
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing, and OR support staff in a team-based care model
- Document anesthesia care accurately and timely using EPIC EMR
