• Schedule: Monday-Friday, shifts between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a physician office, cardiology clinic, or medical receptionist role
• Strong communication, customer service, and front desk skills — patient-facing experience required
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and electronic medical records (EMR); prior EMR experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment and manage multiple tasks
• Professional, punctual, and reliable — on-site attendance required

Key Responsibilities (Patient Service / Front Desk)

• Greet patients and visitors; maintain a welcoming clinic reception area
• Perform patient check-in and check-out, including confirming demographic and insurance information
• Schedule and confirm appointments; coordinate patient flow for providers
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and clinical staff
• Support general administrative tasks as needed to assist the cardiology team
• Participate in a 1-hour onsite orientation and EMR training to ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines in all patient interactions
