Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Epic experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend as scheduled
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced ER environment
- Must be able to complete required onboarding and health documentation
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients with a variety of urgent and emergent conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support timely care decisions
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and document patient care accurately in the EMR
- Respond quickly and effectively to changing patient conditions and emergency situations
- Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate care environment for patients and families
