- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 – $1,540

- Charting System: Meditech
- Floating: Med/surg units as needed
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- At least 1 year of acute med/surg nursing experience within the last year
- Ability to care for 4-6 patients at a time in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Strong telemetry and medical-surgical clinical skills
- Comfort working in a team-oriented, patient-centered setting
- Preferred experience with neuro, neuro-surgery, ortho, CVA, TIA, or AMS patients
- Experience with IV insertion, urinary catheter insertion/maintenance, central line maintenance, medication administration, and EHR documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care for med/surg telemetry patients
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Administer medications and perform standard nursing interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
- Support procedures such as continuous bladder irrigation and NGT insertion/maintenance
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Contribute to a friendly, positive, and patient-centered unit culture
