Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Travel Night Shift | Inpatient Rehabilitation / Long-Term Care | Springfield, MO

Job Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license
- BLS certification required
- Associate degree in nursing preferred
- At least 1 year of floor nursing, rehabilitation nursing, or long-term care experience preferred
- Experience caring for adult patients in a rehab-focused or skilled nursing environment
- Strong teamwork, communication, and bedside patient care skills
- Comfort using EPIC and UDS preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions
- Monitor patient status, report changes promptly, and support individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform routine nursing interventions within LPN scope of practice
- Collaborate with therapy and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support recovery goals
- Use patient lifts, workstations on wheels, and other unit equipment safely and effectively
- Document patient care accurately in EPIC and UDS
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and compassionate patient care environment during night shifts
