Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Travel Assignment in Hermitage, TN
Join a fast-paced Emergency Department team as a Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Hermitage, Tennessee. This 13-week ER nursing assignment offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic acute care setting while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals near the greater Nashville area.

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
- Emergency Department / ER experience strongly preferred
- CPI certification must be in hand at the time of submission
- Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong communication, assessment, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to emergency room patients across a wide range of acuities
- Perform thorough assessments, monitor patient status, and respond quickly to changing conditions
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and provider orders
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely, effective care
- Document patient care accurately and maintain a safe, organized care environment
- Use clinical judgment and strong prioritization skills to help deliver efficient emergency care
