- Shift Pattern: Day and mid shifts with rotation between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570 – $1,650

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission
- Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent experience in the Emergency Room (ER) specialty
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications in hand at the time of submission
- TNCC preferred
- One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the ER specialty from the past 12 months
- Ability to work rotating day/mid coverage and adapt to a fast-paced emergency care environment
- Completion of all required onboarding and compliance steps prior to start
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients with varying levels of acuity
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established ER protocols
- Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and collaborate with the healthcare team to support timely clinical decision-making
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
- Support safe, efficient patient flow in a busy emergency care setting
- Deliver compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism, focus, and attention to detail
