Animal Technician – Washroom Travel Job in San Francisco, CA (Mission Bay)

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
- Hours Per Week: 40
- Orientation: 24 hours
- Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in warehouse, janitorial, housekeeping, animal care, laboratory support, or related hands-on work preferred
- Prior travel assignment experience within the last 12 months required
- Prior teaching hospital or academic medical center experience preferred
- Ability to work a consistent weekday schedule with reliability and professionalism
- Comfortable meeting physical demands and following safety and hygiene standards
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Support washroom operations and daily facility upkeep in an animal care setting
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas
- Assist with routine animal care support tasks as assigned
- Follow established sanitation, safety, and operational procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members to help ensure a smooth workflow
- Adapt to reassignment within related departments or facilities when needed
