Labor & Delivery RN travel job in Sacramento, California: support mothers and newborns in a 13-week hospital assignment with competitive weekly pay and 12-hour day shifts.

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
- At least 1 year of recent, full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 years
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification
- ACLS certification preferred or required based on unit standards
- Labor & Delivery nursing experience strongly preferred
- High-risk OB experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring patients and newborns
- Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
- Support patients and families with clear communication, education, and reassurance
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and escalating clinical needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital and unit protocols
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on quality patient care
