Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $710-$750

Job Summary
This ICU nursing job is ideal for a skilled Critical Care RN who thrives in high-acuity environments and enjoys providing direct patient care in a Level 1 trauma hospital. Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of critical care acute care experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital required
- Active Registered Nurse license in New Jersey required
- Strong experience with CRRT, EVD, and Swan-Ganz monitoring required
- Ability to float to like units as needed
- Experience providing care in high-acuity ICU environments
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet holiday scheduling requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor, assess, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
- Manage complex equipment and therapies, including CRRT and hemodynamic monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
- Float to comparable units based on staffing and patient care needs
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, quality, and compassionate care throughout each shift
