Job Requirements
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
- Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
- Vestibular therapy experience is a plus
- Flexible, team-oriented approach to patient care
- Professional casual attire
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatment in a one-on-one outpatient setting
- Document patient care accurately in the EMR system
- Collaborate with therapy and support staff to support excellent patient outcomes
- Use routine outpatient rehabilitation equipment and treatment methods
- Maintain a positive, adaptable, and patient-focused approach throughout the assignment
