Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
- Oncology experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a float pool across multiple oncology-related units
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Comfort working 12-hour day/night rotation shifts
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and unit workflows

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to oncology patients across assigned units
- Support patients in medical oncology, research oncology, palliative care, and bone marrow transplant settings as needed
- Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition
- Administer treatments and coordinate care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Document patient care accurately and maintain strong clinical standards
- Adapt to float pool assignments and deliver high-quality care in a variety of oncology environments
- Promote a positive, supportive, and patient-focused experience for every individual served
