Travel Nursing Job Details

- Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
- Rotation: Every other weekend and every other holiday
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,750 – $1,840
Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required
- Strong clinical assessment skills and confidence managing telemetry patients
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holiday rotation as scheduled
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced acute care environment
RN Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to adult medical/surgical telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition
- Assess patients, administer medications, and carry out physician orders
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized patient care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly
- Educate patients and families on care plans, treatment goals, and discharge instructions
- Respond quickly to clinical changes and escalate concerns when needed
