- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,000-$2,100

Job Requirements
- Active Idaho RN license at the time of submission
- Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room RN experience
- Trauma experience required
- Ability to work shifts and take call as needed
- BLS certification required
- CNOR certification preferred
- Burn, robotic, or neuro experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills and a team-oriented approach
- At least 1 year of nursing experience required
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, efficient perioperative and intraoperative nursing care in a busy surgical environment
- Support a wide range of surgical cases, including general surgery, trauma, orthopedics, neuro, robotics, gynecology, ENT, urology, ophthalmology, and more
- Collaborate with surgeons, surgical technologists, and the OR team to maintain smooth case flow
- Respond to trauma coverage needs during off-hours and weekends as assigned
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with AORN standards and unit policies
- Adapt to changing surgical volume and help support evening, night, and weekend coverage when needed
- Use strong communication and clinical judgment to support positive patient outcomes
