Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cardiac cath lab, cardiovascular procedural unit, or similar interventional radiology / cardiovascular setting preferred
- Current certification or licensure as required for a Cath Lab Technologist role
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, hemodynamics, and procedural workflow
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented procedural environment
- Availability to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with staff
- Flexibility to support a travel assignment and adapt quickly to new clinical settings
Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare equipment, supplies, and procedural areas for safe and efficient case flow
- Support physicians and clinical staff during cardiac and vascular procedures
- Monitor patient status and maintain accurate documentation throughout the procedure
- Maintain sterile technique and follow all safety and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting
- Contribute to smooth workflow, timely turnover, and an excellent patient experience
