ICU Registered Nurse Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced critical care environment
- Ability to work overnight shifts and provide consistent, compassionate patient care
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new workflows, charting systems, and patient care standards
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Assess, document, and communicate patient progress throughout the shift
- Support high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic critical care setting
