Job Details

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 5×8-hour shifts
• Shift Duration: 8 hours, any shift
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,690 – $1,820
• Float: May be required as needed to nearby outpatient locations

Job Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
• No new graduates, due to the level of independent clinical practice required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction
• Implement and modify physical therapy interventions to support functional progress and safe return to community activities
• Provide clear, timely, and accurate documentation, including evaluations, goals, progress notes, and related clinical records
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services as appropriate
• Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers to support positive outcomes
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure treatment aligns with established orders and approved plans of care
• Support a safe, compliant, and professional clinical environment
• Participate in student learning and professional development activities as assigned
