Job Details
- Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
- Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Nursing

- Start Date: October 12, 2026
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.
- Hours Per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
- Schedule: Every other weekend required
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 – $1,650
- Facility Type: On-site acute care hospital
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of telemetry nursing experience required
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Experience with Cerner EMR required
- Willingness to float to Med/Surg units as needed
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and telemetry patients in an acute care setting
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions according to the plan of care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the Cerner electronic medical record (EMR)
- Float to Med/Surg units as needed to support patient care delivery
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining a safe, organized workflow
