- Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM

- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,620-$1,700

Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active Compact or Alabama RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required
- Cerner experience preferred
- Ability to work night shift and every other weekend
- Comfort working in a 6:1 patient ratio environment
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality medical-surgical nursing care to acute care patients
- Assess patient conditions, monitor changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
- Administer medications and treatments according to standards of care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record
- Deliver compassionate support to patients and families throughout the care experience
- Maintain a professional, team-oriented presence in a fast-paced healthcare environment
