Travel Ultrasound Technologist – OB/GYN & Maternal Fetal Medicine in Burlington, VT
Experienced sonographer needed for a 4-week travel ultrasound job in Burlington, Vermont. Join a large, well-respected teaching hospital and use your OB/GYN and Maternal Fetal Medicine expertise in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with a collaborative care team.

- Duration: 4 weeks
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts
- Hours Per Week: 40
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,050 – $3,280
- Location: Burlington, VT 05401
- Work Setting: Large teaching hospital with a busy, collaborative patient care environment
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound technologist or diagnostic medical sonographer experience
- Prior travel sonography experience required
- ARDMS certification with OB/GYN credential required
- Current BLS certification required
- Vermont ultrasound license required at time of submission
- Recent EPIC experience within the past 2 years required
- Experience in OB/GYN imaging, including fetal anatomy scans, follow-up OB, BPP, UMB and MCA dopplers, first trimester scans, pelvic exams, sonohystogram, and HyCoSy
- Strong background in a large teaching hospital or high-acuity women’s health setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality Maternal Fetal Medicine ultrasound exams for a diverse patient population
- Support OB/GYN, midwifery, and reproductive endocrinology services as needed
- Manage a daily caseload of up to 8 patients, with flexibility based on exam complexity
- Complete detailed fetal anatomy and follow-up OB scans with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure timely, patient-centered imaging services
- Maintain documentation and workflow in EPIC in accordance with facility standards
- Provide compassionate care while working in a busy, high-acuity hospital environment
