Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
- Experience working in an acute care or critical care environment
- Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity setting
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to a travel nurse assignment
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and clinical protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
- Deliver compassionate support to patients and families during challenging moments
