Job Details
- Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment

- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 10/5/2026
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 – $2,250
- Schedule: Rotating day and evening shifts with weekends and call coverage
- Shift Pattern: 4×10 or 3×12 shifts
- Shift Duration: 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, depending on the schedule
- Experience Level: At least 1 year of recent operating room nursing experience required
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent OR nursing or perioperative nursing experience
- Ability to work rotating day/evening shifts, including weekends and call
- Comfortable adapting to variable schedules and unit needs in a surgical setting
- Strong teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
- Willingness to complete required pre-start and onboarding documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care in the operating room
- Support surgical procedures by preparing the room and maintaining a sterile environment
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia professionals, and the perioperative team
- Monitor patient status throughout the surgical experience and respond to changing needs
- Assist with circulating duties and other perioperative nursing functions as assigned
- Adapt to rotational scheduling, weekend coverage, and short-call expectations
- Deliver high-quality care while helping maintain an efficient and well-organized OR workflow
