NICU Registered Nurse – Travel Assignment in Brockton, MA
Join a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in Brockton, Massachusetts, just south of Boston. This 13-week travel Registered Nurse opportunity offers the chance to provide exceptional care to critically ill neonates and infants in a fast-paced, patient-centered healthcare setting.

- Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,360 – $2,480
- Schedule: 12-hour shift coverage with weekend and holiday rotation
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of recent NICU RN experience required
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license required
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Nursing diploma, ASN, or BSN preferred
- Strong assessment, clinical, and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency and charge nurse capability preferred
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to perform mathematical computations related to treatment protocols
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill neonates and infants
- Deliver in-house emergency nursing support for full-term and premature infants
- Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in a high-acuity NICU setting
- Support complex medical and surgical care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Ensure care is safe, efficient, timely, and culturally responsive to each family
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with patients’ families and the care team
- Use strong clinical judgment to help promote excellent patient outcomes
