Travel Electrophysiology Technician (EP Tech) – Austin, TX 78705

- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,380 – $2,550
- Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Call Requirements: None
- Weekends: None

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of cath lab or electrophysiology scrub experience required
- Greater than 1 year of scrub experience in a cath lab or EP lab preferred
- Experience with EP lab workflow, procedural support, and cardiac care is highly valued
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-moving hospital environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing day-to-day clinical support tasks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with advanced EP mapping systems and related lab equipment
Responsibilities
- Support electrophysiology procedures in a busy cardiac catheterization and EP lab setting
- Prepare and assist with ablations, device implants, device extractions, and structural heart procedures
- Maintain readiness of equipment, supplies, and sterile field support for daily procedures
- Collaborate with nurses, scrub techs, and other clinical team members to ensure efficient patient care
- Assist with procedural flow and support throughout the electrophysiology lab day
- Work with advanced EP mapping systems and associated lab technology
- Contribute to a positive, cohesive healthcare team focused on quality patient outcomes
