Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
- Previous outpatient nursing, urgent care, ambulatory care, or emergency care experience strongly preferred
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- Strong nursing assessment, triage, and patient communication skills
- Ability to work a 10-hour evening shift in a fast-paced clinical environment
Outpatient RN Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in an outpatient and urgent care setting
- Perform patient assessments, triage, and support timely clinical interventions
- Assist with treatment planning and collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
- Support patients presenting with a variety of acute and non-emergent needs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established care protocols
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy ambulatory care environment
