- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,620 – $2,760
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 09/28/2026
- Shift: 10-hour day shifts
- Schedule: 4 shifts per week
- Shift Duration: 10 hours
- Schedule Notes: Every 3rd Saturday required
- Orientation: 1 week
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
- Additional Notes: Rare floating may be required based on staffing needs
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 2 years of chemo administration experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS certification required
- ONS Chemotherapy Provider Card required
- Epic EHR experience required
- Experience accessing and deaccessing IVADs
- Experience with PICC lines
- Experience starting peripheral IVs
- Experience with Alaris infusion pumps
- Ability to complete unit-specific competencies and required onboarding prior to arrival
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality infusion nursing care to adult patients with hematologic, oncologic, and medical diagnoses
- Administer chemotherapy, medical infusions, and blood transfusions in an outpatient infusion center
- Manage 2-3 infusion chairs per shift while supporting a high-volume patient flow
- Perform IV starts, line access and deaccess, and phlebotomy as needed
- Utilize infusion technology including Alaris pumps and CADD pumps for home infusion therapy
- Follow unit protocols, safety standards, and treatment procedures
- Document patient care accurately in Epic and communicate effectively with the care team
- Deliver compassionate, efficient care in a collaborative healthcare setting
