Job Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license in hand
- Minimum of 1 year of recent registered nurse experience preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Telemetry nursing experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and maintain flexibility with scheduling
- Travel nursing experience is a plus
- RTO must be provided at the time of submission
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in an intermediate care and telemetry setting
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify changes in patient condition promptly
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Document patient care thoroughly and maintain strong clinical communication
- Support patient education, comfort, and recovery throughout the care experience
