Med/Surg RN Job Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- BLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- ACLS certification required before start
- Cerner experience required

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and promptly report changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
- Respond effectively to changing patient needs in a dynamic inpatient setting
