- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
- Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 – $1,890
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently on night shifts while supporting team-based care
- Experience caring for adult medical-surgical patients in an acute care setting
- Flexibility to adapt to unit needs and patient acuity
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical patients during 12-hour night shifts
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes in condition, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and provider orders
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
- Promote a safe, respectful, and patient-centered care environment
