- Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent progressive care, telemetry, step-down, or acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong advanced assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience managing vasoactive drips
- Ability to support bedside shift report, hourly rounding, and daily leadership rounds
- Positive attitude and a team-focused approach in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to progressive care patients with varying acuity levels
- Monitor patients receiving BiPAP, heated high-flow nasal cannula, and IV infusions
- Manage vasoactive drips and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
- Assist with and maintain competency in procedures such as central line or PICC line placement and chest tube management
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to support optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit standards of care
- Deliver patient-centered care while supporting unit flow, safety, and teamwork
