Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) – Frankfort, KY
Travel ER RN opportunity in Frankfort, Kentucky: join a fast-paced Emergency Department in a Level III Trauma Center and provide high-acuity patient care on 12-hour night shifts.

Job Details

- Employment Type: Travel Nurse Assignment
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 – $1,650
- Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:4
- Setting: Level III Trauma Center with chest pain and stroke capabilities

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- TNCC certification
- NIH Stroke Scale certification
- Ability to work independently in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with a wide range of emergency and urgent care needs
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients efficiently in a busy Emergency Department
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely interventions
- Respond to acute changes in patient condition and deliver critical care as needed
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record
- Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-focused care environment
