Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Nursing Opportunity in Dallas, TX

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent nursing experience required; oncology nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Strong understanding of sterile dressing changes and infection prevention
- Solid knowledge of blood and electrolyte replacement protocols
- Familiarity with ports and central lines preferred
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to oncology patients in a busy inpatient setting
- Perform sterile dressing changes and maintain strict infection prevention standards
- Administer and monitor blood and electrolyte replacements according to protocol
- Support patients with port and central line care as needed
- Collaborate closely with charge nurses, providers, and the care team to ensure safe, efficient patient care
- Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately in the EMR
- Maintain a professional, team-centered approach while adapting to changing patient needs
