Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent OB nursing or Labor & Delivery RN experience
- Current RN license in good standing
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NRP certification
- AWHONN certification
- Strong, energetic, and self-directed team player
- Cesarean section circulator, first assist, or scrub experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care throughout labor and delivery
- Support cesarean sections, postpartum care, and newborn care in a maternity setting
- Assist with OBED triage and inductions
- Monitor patients in active labor, including those receiving Pitocin or epidural support
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care
- Deliver attentive support during high-volume, fast-paced women’s health and maternity care situations
