Job Requirements
- Active Kansas RN license
- Current BLS certification
- At least 1 year of recent telemetry RN experience in a hospital setting
- Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred
- Ability to work every weekend and holidays as assigned
- Comfort with floating to acute care, overflow, or med-surg areas when needed
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and patient assessment skills
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to telemetry patients in a hospital setting
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support positive patient outcomes
- Document care accurately and maintain timely communication across shifts
- Adapt to unit needs and support patient care in floating assignments when required
