Travel Mammography Technologist Job – Breast Imaging Contract in Boston, MA

Job Requirements
- Current ARRT certification required
- Active Massachusetts Mammography Technologist certification required
- BLS certification through AHA required
- ARRT/ARDMS breast ultrasound or breast sonography certification preferred
- 3-5 years of diagnostic breast imaging experience in an imaging center
- Experience with McKesson PACS and EPIC EMR required
- Strong background in screening mammography, diagnostic mammography, and mammography-guided procedures
- Experience with upright stereotactic biopsy and prone table biopsy strongly preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment while managing multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Perform screening mammography and diagnostic mammography exams with accuracy and professionalism
- Support mammography-guided procedures and breast imaging workflows as needed
- Deliver excellent patient care in a specialized breast imaging setting
- Operate mammography equipment and follow established clinical protocols
- Document and manage patient imaging records using PACS and EMR systems
- Collaborate with radiologists and the clinical care team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain timely, high-quality imaging services in a busy breast health unit
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while upholding a high standard of service
