- Housing: Shared housing available
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
- Critical care nursing experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work rotating day/night shifts and weekends
- Current flu vaccination required
- Must be able to provide required onboarding and compliance documentation
- Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
- Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered care environment
- Adapt to a rotating schedule while delivering consistent, high-quality critical care
