Job Requirements
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse license required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg Tele nursing experience required
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult medicine and telemetry patients in an acute care setting
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective treatment plans
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions in accordance with policy and best practice
- Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress accurately and on time
- Support a positive patient experience through compassionate, professional bedside care
